Xiaomi sold over 1 million smartphones in 2 days of sale; Redmi Note 4 is the best seller

While Flipkart and Amazon are hosting the festive sale, even the Xiaomi Diwali sale offers are all set to debut soon in the country on Mi.com. And, the Xiaomi smartphones are being listed at a considerable discount on both Flipkart and Amazon as a part of the Big Billion Days sale and Great Indian sale. The portals seem to have lured many consumers with their ongoing sales that Xiaomi has announced that they have sold over one million smartphones in just two days during these sales. Xiaomi has claimed that they have sold over 300 smartphones per minute for two days on an average. The company has witnessed a significant rise in sales during this festive shopping season. On comparing the same with that of the last year, Xiaomi took 18 days to cross one million units of smartphone sales in 2016. According to the company, this achievement is a key milestone for Xiaomi India and makes them the first brand to sell over one million phones in two days. The Redmi Note 4 remains to be the best seller in the country and it is the highest selling smartphone in the Big Billion Days sale. Going by Xiaomi's statement, eight among nine smartphones selling on Amazon India were from Xiaomi. Eventually, Xiaomi has become the number one brand on both Amazon and Flipkart in the mobile category during the sale.
